A New Start...
When CES UK, a leading machinery supplier, moved into their new commercial office in Auckley, Doncaster, we were invited to transform what was essentially an empty shell into a smart, functional and welcoming workplace. Spread across two floors, the space required a full floor -to-ceiling refurbishment, with careful planning to accommodate a showroom, additional offices, and areas designed to support day-to-day operations.
From The Ground Up...
On the ground floor, we installed two Urban range desks in a light Nebraska oak finish, with office chairs specified for each employee to best support their comfort and well-being, creating a professional space for greeting clients and daily tasks. To one side, we introduced a high table with CES UK branded stools to match the wall colour, providing a flexible spot for quick meetings. Upstairs, the vision was for a more formal meeting environment. With the addition of black ceiling tiles and black ceiling grid to complement the furniture, we created a modern, professional atmosphere.
Creating Spaces...
Glass panelling was added to the rear of both workspaces up and downstairs. For the ground office this was to create a sleek showroom to display key products while keeping the main office bright and open. A glass-partition on the 1st floor was installed to form a quiet office at the back of the meeting room offering privacy and focus, balancing the more customer-facing activities downstairs.
Final Results...
What began as an empty space has been transformed into a modern, efficient, and inviting office for CES UK. By carefully planning every detail, we’ve delivered a workspace that is not only fit for today’s needs but also adaptable for the future, ensuring the team has room to thrive and grow in the years ahead.
