Our basic space planning service is free of charge and includes an accurate 2D space plan. However, we also offer a planning, design, and sample service ‘Design-Plus’. Design-Plus provides an enhanced 2D and 3D plan with various layouts and design options. Starting at just £295+VAT it’s a great investment for mid to large size projects

Yes, we’re able to work in offices of any size. Whether you’ve got one room or an entire building, our experts will find the right solution for your business.

Our interior fit-out service includes everything from laying carpet tiles and building stud walls, to installing suspended ceilings and air conditioning, moving electrics and data points, fitting window blinds and much more. We can manage every element of your office fit-out, with most of the work being done by our own professional ‘in-house’ fit-out team.

Interior fit-out costs vary depending on the size of your space and the work involved. Fit-out services can include everything from flooring, stud walls and glass partitions to ceilings, air-conditioning, electrics, data points, and window blinds. Most work is completed by our experienced in-house team, supported by trusted specialist contractors when needed. This allows us to manage your project smoothly, maintain high standards and keep everything on time and within budget.

Yes, we offer finance options on most projects. Leasing allows you to spread the cost, protect cash reserves and benefit from potential tax efficiencies. Our trusted finance partners can arrange lease rental or purchase agreements for office furniture and fit-out work. We don’t receive commission — once the project is completed, the finance company pays us, and you make monthly or quarterly payments over 3–5 years.
