CES UK LTD
When CES UK, a leading machinery supplier, moved into their new commercial office in Auckley, Doncaster, we were invited to transform what was essentially an empty shell into a smart, functional and welcoming workplace. Spread across two floors, the space required a full floor-to-ceiling refurbishment, with careful planning to accommodate a showroom, additional offices, and areas designed to support day-to-day operations.

What our customer's say…
Introduction
When CES UK relocated to their new commercial premises in Auckley, Doncaster, they required a complete workspace transformation across two floors.
The brief was to create a modern, functional environment that would support day-to-day operations while also providing a welcoming space for staff and visitors. Working closely with the CES UK team, Intec delivered a full office refurbishment that included workspaces, meeting rooms, showroom areas, and bespoke design features throughout.
The result was a carefully planned office environment that balanced practicality, professionalism, and future flexibility.

Objectives
The primary objective was to transform an empty shell into a fully functioning office space that reflected the CES UK brand and supported the company’s operational needs.
The project required the creation of multiple working environments, including customer-facing spaces, collaborative meeting areas, private offices, and a product showroom. It was important that the design felt modern, professional, and welcoming while remaining highly practical for daily use.
The workspace also needed to support employee wellbeing, encourage productivity, and provide flexibility for future business growth. Careful attention was given to finishes, furniture selection, lighting, and layout planning to ensure the space delivered both functionality and visual impact.

The Plan
The project involved a full floor-to-ceiling refurbishment across both floors of the building. On the ground floor, workstations, ergonomic office seating, and collaborative furniture were installed to create an efficient and comfortable workspace for staff and visitors.
A dedicated showroom area was formed using sleek glass panelling to showcase products while maintaining an open-plan feel.
Upstairs, the design focused on creating a more formal meeting environment with contemporary finishes, including black ceiling tiles and matching furniture details to create a professional atmosphere. Glass partitions were also installed to provide private working areas without compromising natural light or openness.

Outcome
The completed project successfully transformed the building into a modern, efficient, and highly adaptable workplace that reflects the professionalism of CES UK. The combination of practical planning, contemporary finishes, and flexible working areas created a welcoming environment for both employees and visitors.
By carefully balancing open-plan collaboration with private spaces, the design supports productivity, focus, and customer interaction equally well. The addition of showroom areas, stylish meeting rooms, and bespoke design features has helped create a workspace that not only meets current operational requirements but also provides the flexibility needed to support the company’s future growth and continued success.
