Introduction

Harbour Shipping’s new headquarters project began long before the building was complete, with Intec working alongside the client throughout the planning and development stages.

Spread across two floors, the purpose-built office required a carefully considered design that would support operational efficiency while reflecting the company’s strong brand identity. From workplace furniture and bespoke fittings to collaborative areas and private workspaces, every element of the project was designed around the way the Harbour Shipping team works.

The final result delivered a professional, modern environment that balances functionality, flexibility, and visual impact throughout the entire workspace.

Objectives

The key objective was to create a modern headquarters that aligned with Harbour Shipping’s brand, values, and long-term business goals.

The workspace needed to support multiple departments while encouraging communication, collaboration, and operational efficiency. It was important to design an environment that felt professional and welcoming for both staff and visitors while also incorporating flexibility for future growth.

Because the project began before the building was fully constructed, Intec was able to work closely with the client throughout the entire planning process.
