Husk UK

Introduction

Husk UK wanted a workspace that reflected their modern brand while creating a more engaging and practical environment for employees and visitors alike.

The project focused on developing a stylish office space that balanced contemporary design with the functional needs of a growing business. Working closely with the client, Intec designed and delivered a workplace that incorporated collaborative areas, practical workspaces, and carefully selected finishes throughout.

Every element of the project was planned to support productivity, improve the employee experience, and create a strong visual identity that aligned with Husk UK’s values and company culture.

Objectives

The key objective was to create a workspace that combined modern aesthetics with practical workplace functionality. Husk UK required an office that supported collaboration and day-to-day productivity while also reinforcing their brand identity through the use of colour, finishes, and design details.

It was important to create a welcoming and engaging environment that employees would enjoy spending time in, while also ensuring the space remained flexible enough to support future growth and evolving ways of working.

The project also aimed to improve the overall flow of the workspace, creating clear areas for focused work, meetings, and team interaction.

The Plan

The project began with detailed planning and consultation to better understand how the Husk UK team worked on a daily basis.

Space planning was used to create a balanced layout that incorporated collaborative work areas, practical workstations, meeting spaces, and breakout zones.

Furniture, finishes, and interior details were carefully selected to create a cohesive and contemporary feel throughout the office while reflecting the company’s branding.

Attention was also given to lighting, layout flow, and employee comfort to ensure the final workspace would feel welcoming, functional, and adaptable to different working styles.

Outcome

The completed workspace successfully delivered a modern, flexible, and visually engaging environment that reflects the personality and professionalism of Husk UK.

By combining contemporary finishes with carefully planned layouts, the office now supports collaboration, communication, and focused working across the business. The improved flow of the workspace and introduction of dedicated meeting and breakout areas created a more balanced and productive environment for employees.
