Introduction

When Trust Care moved into their new head office, they needed a workspace that would better support their growing team and reflect their professional brand identity.

The large open-plan floorplate required careful planning to create smaller, dedicated workspaces that felt connected while supporting different styles of working. Intec worked closely with the client to design and deliver a modern office environment featuring private offices, meeting areas, collaborative zones, and a welcoming reception space.

The final design successfully combined functionality with visual impact, creating a workplace that supports productivity, communication, and a positive working culture.

Objectives

The main objective was to divide a large open-plan environment into clearly defined workspaces that supported different departments and working styles.

Trust Care wanted a workspace that felt professional and organised while also encouraging communication and collaboration between teams. It was important to create private areas for focused work and meetings without losing the openness and natural flow of the office.

The project also needed to reflect the company’s brand identity through carefully selected finishes, furniture, and design features. Flexibility, comfort, and efficient use of space were central to the brief, ensuring the workplace could adapt to future business needs.

The Plan

To maximise the available space, detailed planning and space zoning were carried out before the installation process began. Glass partitions and dedicated office areas were introduced to create separation between departments while maintaining a bright, open feel throughout the workspace.

Meeting rooms and collaborative areas were positioned strategically to support communication and team interaction, while the reception area was designed to create a strong first impression for visitors and clients.

Furniture, finishes, and layout choices were carefully selected to align with Trust Care’s branding, creating consistency across the entire workplace while ensuring comfort and practicality for employees.

Outcome

The completed office successfully transformed the open-plan floorplate into a modern, organised, and highly functional workspace.
